Sequential Mode Available: By default, the puzzle solves when all items are placed (in any order). If you require players to place the items in a specific sequence to trigger the unlock, please contact us before shipping. We can update the firmware to suit your puzzle logic.

A: Yes! Most of our controllers allow you to replace audio files via an SD card. For game logic, we offer custom programming services. Please contact our support team with your specific puzzle ideas.

A: We include a high-quality, UL-certified power adapter. The plug type will be automatically matched to your shipping address (US/EU/UK/AU standard) unless you specify otherwise.
Q: What are the power requirements & Safety?
A: The system operates on safe 12V DC power (adapter included). This low-voltage design ensures safety for players and easy wiring for owners without needing a professional electrician.
Q: Do I need professional wiring skills to install this?
A: Not at all. We design our props with "Plug-and-Play" connectors. All sensors and locks use fool-proof plugs, so you don’t need to do any soldering. A clear wiring diagram is included in the box.
